Environmental, social and governance criteria
Momentum Invest endeavours to apply the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment in managing the holdings of the funds under its management.
Team members take every opportunity to integrate environmental, social and governance criteria into investment selection, as well as into the day-to-day monitoring of risks and of the development of portfolio companies’ businesses.
Momentum Invest is a signatory to the France Invest Commitment Charter, built on four pillars — economic, social and human, environmental and governance — and to its Code of Ethics, as part of its commitment to the integration of non-financial criteria by French private equity participants.
Handling of complaints
Momentum Invest SAS has established and maintains an operational procedure for the prompt and effective handling of complaints from its clients. This procedure applies to all complaints, regardless of the client, the product or service concerned, or the nature of the complaint.
A complaint means a statement expressing a client’s dissatisfaction with the firm. A request for information, advice, clarification, a service or a performance does not constitute a complaint.

Complaints may be submitted:

An acknowledgement of receipt is sent to the client within ten business days, except where a substantive reply is provided within that period. The complaint is handled within a period not exceeding two months from the date it was sent. Failing that, Momentum Invest informs the client of the progress of the handling and of any reasons for the delay.
Should the client remain dissatisfied with the outcome, they may refer the matter to the Ombudsman of the Autorité des marchés financiers, an independent third party:
